We want you to love your nursery transformation, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your stickers, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made decal orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused stickers back into their original protective tube or envelope to ensure they remain flat and wrinkle-free during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned decals to ensure they are in resellable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
